Blrkth provides users with one-stop AI visual creation services including image restyling, frame animation, and short video generation based on user-uploaded static photos, supporting content creation through English prompts and personalized style parameter settings. All core services of the App can be used directly without any user registration, login, identity verification, or personal information submission. Our core privacy principle is local data autonomy and zero sensitive data collection. The App never collects any user facial information, nor does it capture, analyze, store or transmit facial feature data, facial recognition data, or any biometric information related to user faces. All user creation behaviors and data are independently managed by users on their local devices, and we do not obtain any private data generated during user use. There are no hidden data collection mechanisms, background data uploading behaviors, or unauthorized data acquisition functions in the App, ensuring that all user creation activities are completely private and autonomous.
During the operation of Blrkth, the only data involved is the content actively imported and operated by users themselves, and all data processing is completed locally on the user’s device without any server-side synchronization or storage. The data processed by the App is limited to the static photos uploaded by users, custom English prompt texts input by users, and style parameter settings adjusted by users for creation. In the process of processing user photos and creative content, we do not extract, identify, record or collect any user facial information contained in the pictures. Even if the user’s uploaded photos contain facial elements, the App’s AI creation model only performs overall style transformation, frame dynamic rendering and visual optimization on the entire image, without targeted identification, analysis, extraction or storage of facial features. No facial data will be cached, retained or derived during the whole data processing process. In addition, the App does not actively collect any other user data, including device identity information, usage logs, network data, location information and behavioral trajectory data.
Blrkth fully implements the local file archiving mechanism, and all user creative works, original uploaded photos, prompt records and parameter setting records are only stored locally on the user’s personal device, rather than on any cloud server or third-party platform. The App provides independent local work management functions for users, allowing users to view, sort, delete and save all creative files at will. Throughout the local storage and file management process, we never collect any user facial information, and all facial elements in user local images are only stored in the user’s private device space, without any external access or acquisition by us. The App does not automatically back up user files, does not synchronize local creative data to any remote end, and does not retain any user creative content or related data after users delete local files. Users have absolute and exclusive control over all local creative data, and the storage duration and retention scope of all files are completely determined by users themselves.
The core functions of Blrkth include photo-based image restyling and image-to-video dynamic generation. When users use these AI creation functions, the App runs lightweight AI algorithms locally to complete content rendering and dynamic processing, and all calculation and generation links are completed on the user’s device. Users can input English creative prompts and adjust personalized style parameters to modify and optimize original photos and generate dynamic short videos. In all AI algorithm processing and content generation links, we do not collect, identify or analyze any user facial information. The AI model only focuses on the overall visual style, color tone, composition and dynamic frame conversion of the image, and does not trigger any facial recognition, facial feature extraction or facial data recording functions. The parameter data and prompt text input by users are only used for the single local creation task, and will not be associated with any user identity information, nor will they be used for secondary analysis, data training or other unintended purposes. No facial data generated in the creative process will be uploaded, stored or shared.
Blrkth permanently cancels all account-related functions, including registration, login, password setting, identity binding and member management. Users can open the App and use all core creation functions directly without submitting any personal information or completing any identity authentication steps. The App does not generate any user unique identification code, user account ID or user profile file, and cannot track or correspond to individual user usage behaviors. Due to the absence of an account system and user identity tracking mechanism, we have no way to collect, obtain or record any user facial information, and no facial data will be associated with any user usage record. All user usage behaviors are completely anonymous, and there is no correlation between creative content and user personal identity. The App does not retain any user usage traces that can identify individual users, ensuring that every use of the AI creation service is completely private and anonymous.
Blrkth does not share, transmit, sell or lease any user data to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form. The App does not access any third-party cloud storage services, third-party data analysis platforms or third-party user tracking tools, and all service operations are independent and closed-loop on the user’s local device. We strictly prohibit any third-party behavior of obtaining user data, especially any access and collection of user facial information, and no third party can obtain any facial data or facial feature information of users through our App. All AI model algorithms used by the App are independently deployed locally, without calling third-party facial recognition interfaces or facial data analysis services. There is no data interaction channel between the App and external third-party platforms, and all user creative data and potential facial element information are completely isolated from external parties, avoiding any risk of data leakage or unauthorized collection.
All data generated during the use of Blrkth by users is completely controlled by users independently. Users have full rights to view, save, export and delete all local creative files, original photos, prompt records and parameter setting data. Users can clear all local usage data and creative records at any time through the device’s local file management function or the App’s built-in clearing function. In the whole process of user data management and independent operation, we will not actively collect any user facial information, nor will we passively obtain any facial data generated by user operations. Even if users retain or process images containing facial elements locally, all related information is completely controlled by users, and we have no right or ability to access, obtain or record such information. The App will not automatically retain user data, will not push data retention reminders, and will not interfere with users’ independent management of local files, fully protecting users’ autonomous control over all private content including facial information in images.
Blrkth will continuously optimize AI creation algorithms, enrich style parameter functions and improve user experience through regular application updates. All version updates of the App always adhere to the core principle of zero collection of user private data, and any updated functions and optimized algorithms will not add any behavior of collecting user facial information, nor will they open any new channel for obtaining facial data. The update process only optimizes the local operation logic and creative effect of the App, and does not involve any background data collection, user information statistics or facial feature analysis functions. After each version update, the local data storage mechanism, anonymous usage mode and zero facial data collection rules remain unchanged. We will always maintain the consistent privacy protection standard, ensure that all updated services still take local privacy protection and anonymous use as the core, and never collect any user facial information or other private sensitive data in any version iteration.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust this Privacy Policy according to the function iteration and service upgrade of Blrkth. All adjustments to the policy will be based on the principle of continuously optimizing user privacy protection, and will not reduce the existing privacy protection standards of users. After the policy is updated, the latest version will be displayed in the App, and the updated content will take effect immediately after publication. In all policy adjustment and service iteration processes, we will always adhere to the rule of not collecting any user facial information, and this core privacy protection clause will never be changed or cancelled. This policy applies to all users who use Blrkth’s AI visual creation services, covering all functional scenarios such as local image restyling, image-to-video generation, parameter setting and local work archiving. All service behaviors of the App are subject to this policy, and there are no unstated data collection behaviors or privacy loopholes. No uncertain service rules or data processing mechanisms exist in the whole service system, and all privacy protection rules are clear, definite and permanently effective.
